If the foundations be destroyed. Reverend Charles Salliby. Word and Prayer ministries.
As a MAD Pauline Right Divider you can be thankful for this book by Charles Salliby for his defense of the King James Bible against the New International version! But Charles needs to study according to 2 Timothy 2.15.
Dear reader. I will present the verses and you take note of the important words that are missing then you can be fully persuaded in your own mind if the KJB is God’s perfect words or not!
Ro 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. KJB
Note: The NIV is a dynamic equivalent. Which means the translators will read the verse then decide how they think God really said it. Then they write it down as the verse! They did not compare the text to any Greek and Hebrew texts! Which is also why there is NO concordance!
Thankful that I’m a Bible believer and not one of the translators! Not the many!!
How about some verse comparisons as we conclude this comparison of the NIV! The Non Inspired version!
Mt 9:13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.KJB
13 But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’[a] For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”NIV
Mt 9:18 ¶ While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.KJB
18 While he was saying this, a synagogue leader came and knelt before him and said, “My daughter has just died. But come and put your hand on her, and she will live.”NIV
Mt 11:19 The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.KJB
19 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, ‘Here is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.’ But wisdom is proved right by her deeds.”NIV
